Ben Bowen is the Managing Director of HES Plumbing and Electrical, specialising in natural gas, LPG, oil, and renewable air and ground source heat pumps. His meticulous attention to detail is evident in every project, as he prioritises customer satisfaction. Recently, Ben undertook a self-build project where he personally designed, installed, and executed all aspects of the heating, cooling, and plumbing systems. This firsthand experience has equipped him with up-to-date insights into the latest planning requirements for renewable and energy-efficient heat pumps.
Luke Childs
Luke Childs is a skilled professional who holds an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Domestic Heating. With considerable expertise in bathroom fitting, he excels particularly in the field of tiling. Luke has garnered valuable experience through involvement in numerous full house renovations, successfully completing both first and second fixes. He possesses a deep understanding of heating system planning and layout and is nearing completion of his OFTEC course, further enhancing his industry capabilities.
